At KMTS CNC we have been repairing machines for over 35 years. Initially repairing Junker grinding machines during the 1980’s, after being factory trained in Germany and then going on to repair Niigata horizontal and vertical machining centres after factory training in Japan.
We started business as MCT Services in 1993 and after several structural changes we finally changed our name to KMTS CNC Ltd.
Over the years we have repaired hundreds of different types of CNC and non CNC machines in lots of different types of industry; from aerospace to engine re-manufacturers, mining to bell hangers and lawn care specialists to subcontract engineers.
Many of our customers have different makes and types of machine under one roof and we pride ourselves in being able to repair all of their machines. As well as carrying out electrical and electronic repairs, we also fault find in hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as being able to carry out all types of mechanical repairs. Quite often an initial electrical fault turns out to be a mechanical failure somewhere and we are able to carry out both the electrical and mechanical repair.
